BATH & FLUFF DRY
Washing your dog at home can be a lot of hassle, not to mention the mess. We offer a wash service while you wait which includes a shampoo wash, warm blast under the dryer and a full brush, all finished off with a spritz of our signature pet pawfume.

Grooming
FULL GROOM
The full works, leaving your dog looking and feeling refreshed. This service includes: nail trim, between the pads and paw trim, ear cleaning, full body shampoo, a health check, warm blow dry and custom coat styling, all finished off with our signature pet pawfume.

Puppy Intro package £200
We want all dogs to feel welcome and safe in our hands. This begins at puppy age between 3-6 months old. After your new addition receives their vaccinations, we recommend our 3-session service which will introduce them to the grooming experience.
In Session 1, we invite your puppy into the salon to relax and become familiar with the noises inside. We’ll then trim the nails, eyes and hygiene areas.
During Session 2, we’ll start with a bath and a relaxing puppy shampoo, followed by a gentle brush and a warm blow dry. Again, we’ll trim the nails, eyes and hygiene areas.
Session 3 will also begin with a warm bath. This time followed by a full coat trim now that they’re happy, calm and prepared for all future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are needing to cancel your appointment please ensure you notify us 48 hours before via whatsapp, email or call the salon on 020 3770 9366.
Cancelling within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge of the appointment this is to be settled before you book your next appointment we will send you a link via text to pay for the cancelled appointment and for your next appointment to secure it.
This will also apply to rescheduling within 48 hours.
Pricing
Please note: Our prices are based on a maximum 8 week visit. Visits beyond this time, may result in an extra charge due to the condition of the coat.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS & NO SHOWS
Any appointments that are missed will be subject to a 100% fee to be paid before booking your next appointment.
Refund Policy
If you have paid a deposit for your appointment and you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours /do not show up we do not offer refunds this will go towards your fee to be paid.
