By booking or using services at Pooch’s Butler, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. All services are subject to availability.

Pricing
Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on coat condition, size, temperament, grooming time, and special requests.

Health requirements
Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, or sensitivities prior to grooming.
Puppies must have completed vaccinations.

 Service refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where a pet’s health, safety, or staff wellbeing may be at risk.

Liability
While every care is taken during grooming, grooming equipment and procedures may carry inherent risks. Pooch’s Butler shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions, underlying skin issues, or reactions that were not disclosed.
