Our handstripping service is a specialist treatment for wiry and double-coated breeds. By carefully removing dead hair by hand, we help preserve the coat’s natural texture, richness of colour and overall health. Done with patience, skill and your dog’s comfort in mind, it’s a beautifully traditional grooming method that leaves your pooch looking polished, feeling fresh, and perfectly themselves.

First time I took my Maltese Mimi to Pooch’s butler today for a groom and it was a lovely experience. My dog is very tiny with long hair and was quite matted, the groomer managed to de-matt her without shaving her which I was really pleased about and the staff were so friendly, kind and reassuring. Will definitely be going back there again!

Beyond impressed with the service here, all staff are professional and their expertise is clear. My dog hasn’t been groomed for a few months due to surgery and he was a bit insecure during the appointment. The staff calmed him down so well and he came out looking the best he ever has – definitely the most skilful grooming he’s ever had done. They were really careful around his scar and made the surrounding fur look fantastic. Super impressed and would easily recommend to anyone.

We are so lucky to have Pooch’s Butler in our neighbourhood. The entire store is filled with wonderful items for your furry loved ones and the entire team is kind and knowledgeable. Our puppy had her first grooming experience and it went really well. She’s a rough coat Brussels Griffon so she needs to be hand stripped. She looked so much better afterwards and they took such good care of her. I was nervous about it since our puppy is so young, but she had a great time and now pulls us towards the shop on walks! Highly recommend.

before via whatsapp, email or call the salon on 020 3770 9366. Cancelling within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge of the appointment this is to be settled before you book your next appointment.
Please note: our prices are based on a maximum 4-6 week visit.
Visits beyond this time may result in an extra charge due to the condition of the coat.
If you have paid a deposit for your appointment and you cancel / reschedule within 48 hours / do not show up we do not offer refunds this will go towards your fee to be paid.
