3 Session Package
At Pooch’s Butler, we believe every dog should feel entirely at ease, safe, and cared for from their very first visit.
Our Puppy Introduction Programme is designed for dogs aged 3–6 months following their vaccinations, and offers a thoughtfully curated three-session journey to gently familiarise your new companion with the grooming experience.
Session 1
A calm and reassuring introduction to the salon environment, allowing your puppy to acclimatise to new sights and sounds at their own pace. This initial visit includes delicate trimming of the nails, eye area, and hygiene zones.
Session 2
Building on their confidence, this session introduces a soothing bath using a gentle puppy shampoo, followed by a light brush and warm blow dry. Nail, eye, and hygiene trims are again carefully attended to.
Session 3
With familiarity and trust established, the final session begins with a warm bath and is followed by a full coat trim. By this stage, your puppy is relaxed, comfortable, and beautifully prepared for a lifetime of grooming with ease.
Each step is guided with patience, expertise, and the utmost attention to your puppy’s comfort, laying the foundation for a positive and refined grooming routine.

Our puppy has never been groomed before so we were apprehensive about taking him just anywhere for his first grooming. So glad we happened to find this place near our home! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable about what would be needed for grooming based on the type of coat your dog has. My dog also got to play in the daycare area (filled with a bunch of toys!) while he waited for me to pick him up. He even picked out his own toy to take back with him on the walk home. Will definitely be a regular here!

before via whatsapp, email or call the salon on 020 3770 9366. Cancelling within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge of the appointment this is to be settled before you book your next appointment.
Please note: our prices are based on a maximum 4-6 week visit.
Visits beyond this time may result in an extra charge due to the condition of the coat.
If you have paid a deposit for your appointment and you cancel / reschedule within 48 hours / do not show up we do not offer refunds this will go towards your fee to be paid.
