Returns policy

30 day return policy excluding treats/perishables.

We currently do not offer free returns. Please repack your items in the original packaging, if possible, or in suitable alternative packaging, and return them using a shipping method of your choice.

Items must be returned in their original, clean, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Returns should be sent back within 30 days of receipt

Please include the delivery note with your return and let us know the reason for returning the item. If you no longer have the delivery note, kindly write your order number and reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it in the parcel.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us. Refunds will only be issued once the items have been received. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service and keeping your proof of postage.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. After your refund has been issued, it typically takes up to three working days to appear on your bank statement.
