We just took our mini poodle to the Pooch’s Butler in Marylebone for a wash, trim and ultra sonic teeth cleaning. The staff and service were excellent! Great location. Looking forward to our next visit and possibly buying some of the cute dog clothes and treats they also have on offer.

Absolutely amazing service! I have a big husky which is like a cat when it comes to bath. It was his first professional grooming bath and I was afraid that they will not manage to wash him as I know how crazy he can be when it comes to a bath etc I was positively surprised that they managed to wash him, cut his nails and do everything without any problems. He came out freshly clean, brushed and beautiful like never before with such a soft fur. I definitely recommend the salon not only for a small dogs but also the big ones who hates baths . They are so professional and well experienced with all kind of dogs

before via whatsapp, email or call the salon on 020 3770 9366. Cancelling within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge of the appointment this is to be settled before you book your next appointment.
Please note: our prices are based on a maximum 4-6 week visit.
Visits beyond this time may result in an extra charge due to the condition of the coat.
Your pooch’s comfort is our command. If a coat is matted, our groomers will always choose the gentlest and safest route for your dog. While small tangles can sometimes be worked through, severe matting can be painful and may require the coat to be clipped short. This may affect the final style.
Matted coats often need extra time, care, and handling, so an additional charge may apply. In some cases, this can only be confirmed once the groom has begun.
If your dog becomes uncomfortable or distressed, we may stop the groom early for their wellbeing. We also kindly ask owners to keep up with brushing and regular appointments between visits, as heavily matted coats cannot always be styled as requested.
If you have paid a deposit for your appointment and you cancel / reschedule within 48 hours / do not show up we do not offer refunds this will go towards your fee to be paid.
